Brighter Transition YTC and Falls Academy are designed to serve youth experiencing behavioral, emotional, and community needs and who require intensive treatment services in a short-term residential setting. Services are individualized to each youth and can include individual, group and family therapy; outpatient psychiatric treatment and medication management; and nursing care. Program staff provide a nurturing and caring environment while delivering evidence based services. We also provide education through on-site schooling or that encourages our residents to learn daily skills and thrive in a healthy, social setting.
