Who We Care For
Who We Care For
What We Provide
Brighter Transition YTC and Falls Academy are designed to serve youth experiencing behavioral, emotional, and community needs and who require intensive treatment services in a short-term residential setting. Services are individualized to each youth and can include individual, group and family therapy; outpatient psychiatric treatment and medication management; and nursing care. Program staff provide a nurturing and caring environment while delivering evidence based services. We also provide education through on-site schooling, which encourages our residents to learn daily skills and thrive in a healthy, social setting.
Brighter Transition Youth Treatment Center and Falls Academy provide treatment services to eligible youth with involvement from the South Dakota Department of Social Services (DSS) and the Department of Corrections (DOC).
