Our Mission

Brighter Transition Youth Treatment Center & Falls Academy allow young people an opportunity to value themselves while learning new skills and behaviors in a caring and supportive environment where the past is not held against them, but a new direction is possible.

A CONTINUUM OF CARE

Brighter Transition YTC and Falls Academy are designed to serve youth experiencing behavioral, emotional, and community needs and who require intensive treatment services in a short-term residential setting. Services are individualized to each youth and can include individual, group and family therapy; outpatient psychiatric treatment and medication management; and nursing care. Program staff provide education through on-site schooling that encourages our residents to learn daily skills and thrive in a healthy, social setting.
